Once a course or module has been purchased, cancellations and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Course access, materials, and schedules are provided as stated at the time of purchase, and no modifications or exceptions will be made. 2. Course Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide either a full refund or an option to reschedule the class at a later date.
